About:How to Collect a Train Ticket

can we buy the ticket 1 month before departure via online?

Hi, i would like to ask about buying ticket from beijing to shanghai hongqiao. My family will depart from beijing to shanghai on july 26th, is it okay if we buy the ticket from now (june 8th) via online? or does it have to be 20 days before departure via online also?

you can book your ticket now online if you book with agents like this website. they will purchase the tickets for you as soon as they are put on sale (20 days in advance). You can have your ticket delivered to a hotel you reserved in China or you can pick up the ticket at any railway station.
