September is the best time to visit Dongchuan, so I think you will enjoy your trip there. I always travel on my own, so I seldom know the tour agency information. As I know, you can will find some local tour agencies' pamphlets in the local hotel, so maybe you can look for some when you were there. Anyway, have a nice trip `
