You can extend your visa at local PSB for extra stay.

Visa issued for 5 years, multi-entry, but 90 days only allowed per year. Do these 90 days should go straight or it should be counted in days being in the country? For example I go to Kazakhstan and stay there 30 days, then I go to Kyrgyzstan and stay there 60 days (visa not required for US citizens if stay for 60 days), then, I want to come back to Kazakhstan and stay there for 30 more days. Can I enter Kazakhstan second time if my 90 days not all spent yet?

Cindy, Is duration of each stay 90 days? If so, you can stay as long as 90 days and then leave China. When you come back, you have another 90 days' stay.
