So here is the problem, he is married...not happily, but still married and stands to lose a lot if he ever left her...I do not want to hurt him or cause him any pain...we do enjoy flirting,but even that can cause problems...so do I still go forward and tell him how I really feel? Thank you

So he is also into you? Well then, you should talk to him about ur flirting. If you really loves you, he would try to divorse, because you said that he is not happy! If he doesn't want to do that, just leave him and bless his marriage.
