About:Chinese Embassy in Philippines

Can the father represent the visa applications of his family. wife and 2 sons.

thanks for the reply. And therefore can i bring all the applications of my family and apply them myself . And no need for their SPA's ? Is the photo attachment enough? Or I need to bring extra fotos? Please advice.

Yes, you can handle applications for your family on their behalf. And it is enough to affix one color photo on the Application Form.
