Travelling to Taiwan from 13 Sep - 21 Sep

How's the weather in Taiwan, Kaoshiong's and nearby, during this period? Is is advisable to bring a 8 month old baby there during this period?

It is still hot in that time for Taiwan. Take Kaoshiong as an example, the average temperature is around 25 to 30C and it may rain a lot during that time. You can take your baby to that place, but you may need to prepare a lot of things for it.
