Which are Best places to do budget shopping in Kowloon area and honkong in general .

In Kowloon area, the Ladies Market is a good place for budget shopping. Or you can find some shopping malls in Tsim Sha Tsui area where you can buy some cheap items.

In HK, you are suggested to go to go the Causeway Bay area for shopping.
