Downtown City Visit of Kunming

There are several airport shuttle buses to reach the city downtown area.
If you have one day, you can head for Dianchi Lake in Xishan District and the Cuihu Lake in the city downtown area to have a visit.

You can take the airport shuttle bus line 5 to its terminal at the Dianchi Hotel and then take a taxi to reach the Dianchi Lake Site. Then from Dianchi Lake, you can walk to the Haigeng Park Station where you can take the bus line 233 to reach Liang Jia He Cheng Chang Station. Then change a taxi to reach Cuihu Lake to have a look.

After visiting, you can walk to the West Inn along South Cuihu Road. There you can find the airport shuttle bus line 1 to go back to the airport.
