As for local currency, you mean Chinese RMB or Indian INR?0

if you book online with agencies, i guess the payment is usually made with US dollar. if you buy at a railway Station in China, you need to pay in cash with Chinese RMB. so i don't think you can get a payment acknowledgement in INR.0
