What is the average cost of a modest apartment for husband and wife in SY?

yearly and monthly ?

Is it less expensive to live in the area surrounding SY?

Is Sanya an expensive place to live compared to living in a mid size city in China?

The rent is still acceptable. The average temperature is around 2500 to 3000RMB for a two-bedroom apartment per month.

For other living cost, it is around 2000RMB for you two if you cook at home a lot while eating outside less.

Comparing to other places, the living cost is a little bit expensive, because it is a tourism city.
