What is the average cost of a modest apartment for husband and wife in SY?yearly and monthly ?Is it less expensive to live in  the area surrounding SY?Is Sanya an expensive place to live compared to living in a mid size city in China?

The rent is still acceptable. The average temperature is around 2500 to 3000RMB for a two-bedroom apartment per month. For other living cost, it is around 2000RMB for you two if you cook at home a lot while eating outside less. Comparing to other places, the living cost is a little bit expensive, because it is a tourism city.
