Hostels on Mt. HuaShan

Hello!

We are looking to do the full hike the first day and then stay at a hostel (around 50RMB) that night to watch the sunrise on East Peak the next morning. Hoping to book one of these hostels in advance. Is there any way you have the names of some of these hostels? We had a friend who got charged 150 RMB for a bed and 50 RMB for a meal and we're hoping to avoid these costs. Thanks so much!! Looking forward to such a beautiful and adventurous trip!

I guess the hotel your friend mentioned is the only one at the East Peak, and if you want to watch the sunrise on East Peak, you have no choice but the East Peak Hotel (i believe your friend also lived in this one).
it is normal that things on the mountain are expensive, when you realise the mountain 2,200 meters (7,217 feet) above the sea level and many things are carried by men from the foot of the mountain.
My suggestion is that you take some food and water along with you.
