Why is my tracking number not working?RD080818428CN

I ordered it about 3 weeks ago. She keeps on telling me to wait for more 3-8days but i said it's almost 3 weeks then she stop replying to me :((

You ordered about 3 weeks ago. However, it was actually collected by China Post on June 2. You may wait for 13 to 18 days for its arrival.

It's very likely that your seller didn't ask China Post to collect your parcel immediately after you ordered it. That's why it has been in Hangzhou for so long.
