About:Policy for Foreigners with Immediate Family Living in China

Hello, Im lhen, and im married to chinese man last year.

I met him here in philippines for 3 month then we married last october 29,201, and just want to ask, if how i can register our marriage certificate to the chinese embassy in manila? and what requirments? and can i get or can i apply the FAMILY VISA, OR TOURIST?

Ellen, you need to register your marriage at the civil affairs bureau in your husband's city. Chinese embassy isn't responsible for this. You may apply for a L type and then register your marriage in his town and then try to apply for the Q type from the entry and exit management bureau. If they ask you to apply for the Q type in your country, then you need get back to apply for that.
