Did Hong Kong reinstate the visa- free privilege of Filipino citizens?

Or do I still need to acquire one if I'm going to travel to HK for 5 days?

Shay, ordinary citizens of Philippines still enjoy 14 days free access to HK as long as they have valid passports. The sanction is against those who hold diplomatic and official passports.
