Shanghai Railway Station Ticketing Office

I arrive Shanghai Railway Station using the number 1 (red) Metro/Subway line. Which subway exit do i take to reach the ticketing office upstairs that sells High Speed Train tickets to other cities like Changhzou, etc. There are so many subway exits and i am afraid that a wrong one could land me far away to drag all my luggage back to the ticketing office. I actually already have a ticket purchased online but need to collect the ticket from ticketing office. Thanks.
