where are my packages?

i ordered two packages. one shipped was sent out for collections on may 5th 2014. it says departure from outward office of exchange on may 5th 2014. rc649736335cn is the tracking number. the second one is rc649736865cn. it left the outward office on may 28 2014, and says null as the status for 05 29 2014.

rc649736335cn left on may 22nd and i still have not received it. there is no update on the tracking websites. what happened to my package?
