how to go to white cloud mountain from zhanqianheng road??

we want to go to the cable car and see the birds park there.. we went today and climb
ed alot but couldnt reach...

Oh, you must refer to the Bird Spring Valley Park (Mingchun Valley). Then walk around 1,100 meters from where you are to Panfu Road bus stop to take Tourism bus line 1 to get off at Yuntai Garden bus stop. Then you can walk to White Cloud Mountain for the bird park.
