About:Chinese Embassy in Netherlands

Is the embassy open on fridays?

Am a Nigerian student in Netherlands, am applying to go for a family visit to Hong Kong. I want to go to the chinese embassy this morning 30th May, 2014. Please does the embassy open of fridays or are they open today?

secondly, is the chinese embassy the right place to apply for Hong Kong visa in Netherlands?
