About:FAQ on China Postal Service

Hi! Could you please help me track my item? RC231313123CN

I bought something from China and the seller told me about the delay problems because of customs. I've tried to track it but the status is always unknown. It was marked as shipped since May 2nd.

Status doesn't say destination or origin country. So either the number is wrong or you got scammed
