Is it safe to travel to Urumuqi early of June?

Generally, it is safe to travel then. Since the terrorist attack, the local government and security department is very alarm and they are taking many measures to prevent such attack.

Its very safe to travel to Xinjiang , I just finish my 8days tour to Turpan and North Xinjiang with 2 Malaysian
