Places to visit near pak china border and Tibet if possible

I am Pakistani National 29 years female from Islamabad. I want to visit china by Karakorum highway. My brother and a friend will be accompanying me. I understand that we have to join a group for a tour trip. Does visiting Tibet requires another visa or our Chinese one will be enough for it?
