About:Chinese Embassy in South Korea
Recently, i have tried to apply Hong Kong visa from CVASC. However, they do not deal with applications to Hong Kong and Macao.

It ate my time a lot. Now, if you want to get to Hong Kong, you can go to Consular Office of the Embassy.
Address: 50-7, No.2 Street, Namsan-dong, Chung-gu, Seoul. Good luck^^
