About:China Business Visa

Can I apply in person in Victoria?

Hello,
A company in China requies me to be present for approximately 10 days and has provided me with a letter of invitation. I have also filled out an application form and hold a valid passport. My question is, is there anywhere I can apply for the M visa in Victoria, Melbounre?
