About:FAQ on China Postal Service

When will I get my parcel?

Hi, I am waiting on EE988712113CN, I have emailed the sender asking them to find out if it is lost, but they said there is big delays with Shanghai customs. It is only clothes I am buying, when can I expect for my parcel to be on its way to me?

It was sent to Auckland on April 26. Did you visit the post office? It's been a month. It shouldn't taken so long.
