About:How to Refund / Cancel a China Train Ticket

My ticket is from wuhan to shijizhuang its g train how can i change from wuhan to shenzhen

What charges i have to pay more. I have bought return ticket from shijizhuang to wuhan but now i want to travel from shijiazhuang to wuhan and then to shenzhen. Can i change it from wuhan.

you can not change it. but you can only cancel the ticket from Wuhan to Shijiazhuang and rebook one from Wuhan to Shenzhen.
you need to pay for the ticket for Shenzhen first, then you will get the refund later (a service fee of 5% - 20% of the ticket price will be charged ).
