About:Shanghai Weather

Huangshan from Shanghai

I will be visiting SH early June and should like to find out what is available for me and my 2 young kids if we should like to visit Yellow Mountain. How far is it from SH city to that mountain ? is it have to be a 2 days trip with a stayover in the mountain area? The kids are pretty young and if it too tough for them to do it physically up the mountain ?

Hi, it is around 470km between this city and the mountain scenic area. Generally, with a two-day trip, you can fully enjoy the scenery there, because there is so much to see. Though, you can also have a general sightseeing and just get down on the same day. Cable car service is very convenient there!

From this city, I recommend you take a direct bus at South Long-distance Bus Station to the mountain scenic area directly! Buses are scheduled four each day, leaving at 06:38, 07:58, 10:29 and 14:28.
