About:How to Collect a Train Ticket

what would be a reasonable time to get to the railway station

If I collect tickets from Shanghai Hongqiao airport for multiple train travel.
Do I still have to arrive at the Railway Stations 2 to 3 hours prior to departure?
If not what would be a reasonable time ?

if you get your tickets, you are advised to get the railway station 1 hour prior to departure.
