About:FAQ on China Postal Service

HELP WITH RC573589516CN

hello. I'm from Brazil and I made a purchase a month ago and the seller gave me the following code trace RC573589516CN. I thought my order had been sent to Brazil, but today appeared the following status: Dispatching. What does this mean? When my purchase will be shipped? I am very worried. Thank you

It's still in Nanjing. Your parcel has been opened and dispatched two times. I guess there might be something wrong. When the status changes into Delivery to Airport, then it refers that your parcel was sent to Brazil already. It's very difficult to tell when your parcel reaches the airport.
