About:Baggage Allowance for Chinese Domestic Flights

Can I bring uncooked noodles, Parma ham, candies, biscuits, cake in hand carry on flight to shanghai?

Ham is not allowed because cooked or uncooked meat are not allowed to enter China. If your uncooked noodles are made of egg, then I am afraid you can't bring it into China too.
