When I will get my parcel?

Hi, the post office in Hangzhou don't give any information for seller about my parcel CP264578123CN. It's stuck about 3 weeks there. What can I do? Can you help me please?

CP264578123CN Departure from outward office of exchange Guangzhou TH Mon, 26 May 2014 13:00:00 GMT

Your parcel will go through the customs soon. Once it goes the customs smoothly, the status will change into "Delivery to airport". It usually takes around 10 days.
