About:FAQ on China Postal Service

When I will get my parcel?

Hi, the post office in Hangzhou don't give any information for seller about my parcel CP264578123CN. It's stuck about 3 weeks there. What can I do? Can you help me please?

Your parcel will go through the customs soon. Once it goes the customs smoothly, the status will change into "Delivery to airport". It usually takes around 10 days.
