Do you deliver tickets to a hostel and how much is it?

Me and my sister are planning to travel from Beijing to Xian on 24th June. Before that we'll stay in Beijing for about 5 days. If we book the train tickets through TravelChinaGuide, do you deliver them to a hostel or only to hotels? Also, how much is the delivery?
