Season in December for Taipei

Hi, I would like to know what is the season in December and how is the whether in December like. Would it be raining frequently?

December is the winter for this city. Cloudy and rainy days last long in December. The thick coats and sweaters are suggested to take. Rain easily happens in December.
If you plan to go there in December, the rain gear is necessary.
