Package Stuck at Shanghai Airport

My tracking CP256238471CN says my parcel has been stuck at Shanghai airport since April 15. The sender says that means it has left & entered the USA & that tracking hasn't been updated. Can anyone give me any advice on what to do please!

Yes, your parcel left Shanghai on April 15. But I didn't get further updates onthe USPS website. You may go to the post office in your area and check if it arrives. It's more than a month. It should have arrived.
