About:China Postal Service

help me to find my parcel: # RA310893131CN

they send me on april first an object from china to portugal the tracking number is RA310893131CN but till now when I try to search it , just show that China Post has not received parcel .
Please help me!

This is so strange. As long as they have posted the parcel, it would never take so long for China Post to receive the order. You'd better reconfirm the tracking number with the sender.
