how do i pick up the tickets?

Hi! I have been reading this site and it is great, but I have two doubts: Where do I pick up the tickets? Can I print them at home and catch directly the train? Thanks in advance.

you can pick up the tickets at a Chinese railway station. you can not print them by yourself. If you book with us, we can pick up the tickets for you and delivery them to a hotel you reserved in China.
