getting from shanghai railway station in Zhabei District to International Cruise Port

I am staying near Shanghai railway Station and need to arrange my own transport to the International Cruise port. Is there a local bus or how much is taxi?

there is no direct bus or subway. but you can take subway line 3 from Shanghai Railway Station to Youyi Road (Freindship Road). leave from Exit 1 and cross the street by the overpass to catch a Baoshan bus No.2 for 8 stops to Baoyang Road bus station. then you will find the cruise port. it takes about 1.5 hours. the taxi fare is around CNY 90.
