Hello, I have two parcels waiting in Guangzhou since April 28th. Would they be finally sent to the destination or should I request to open dispute. Please advise.

Normally, it takes around half a month. It's almost a month and you still don't have your packages. You may ask the sender how long it takes and check your parcels at your local post office. If your parcels don't arrive, then you may consider opening a dispute.

Can you check and update on the actual status of the orders please? They have not been arrived to the destination yet. The seller claims that they will be received soon. Can you check the actual status please

The above information is what I could find. Both parcels left Guangzhou on April 28.
