there may be traffic jam, but the time is fairly enought for you. the bus stops at both terminal 1 and 2 buildings in Hongqiao. it takes about 1 - 1.5 hours to reach pudong.
you can also take the subway line 2 from hongqiao airport to Pudong, which also takes about 1.5 hours.
