can i buy g-train tickets now (may 20) through cgt for travel from beijing to shanghai on

Question

If I have CGT send the tickets to Park Plaza Wangfujing Hotel where I have reservations from July 7 to July 12, will the hotel hold them for me?  Would those tickets have to be exchanged for other tickets before I travel?  If required, can that exchange be done somewhere nearer the hotel than at Beijing South  railway station?

Dear Roger,Thanks for your enquiry!You can reserve with us for the tickets, and we will book them for you when the tickets are available (20 days in advance). Then we will deliever them to your hotel. the hotel will keep them for you and give them to you when you check in. You don't not need to exchange the tickets as we already have them printed out for you. With these tickets, you can check in at the railway station directly.
