Stuck in same location from 15days now

hi to everyone...i have a question...i order something and from 27th of april that the status was Opening Guangzhou GR Sun, 27 Apr 2014 07:42:00 GMT Departure from outward office of exchange Guangzhou GR Sun, 27 Apr 2014 15:28:00 GMT until 11th of May i have the same status as before....is it possible?i know that it stuckw in Guangzhou but why in my status says again opening and departure from outward office?

If it was reopened and departured from outward office, something wrong must have happened. It's possible that your parcel didn't go through the customs successfully.
