I have a colleague a Nigerian citizen, she is also travelling with me so is it the same rules apply for her or do you have any idea of what will be rules for obtaining HK visa for her.

Nigerian citizen needs to apply for HK visa in advance through Chinese embassy/consulate or send application directly to HK Immigration Department. This processing may takes one month, so ask her to start asap.
