About:Drinking Water in China

In China is it ok to boil water one day and heat it up again the next day?

Hi, I was told that if I boil water in China on Monday and then reheat the same water for coffee the next day(water is in a covered pan) the water could make me sick. Any ideas?

It isn't as serious as you thought. It's true that the level of the nitrite increases if the water is reheated. However, the nitrite in the water still can't kill a person. You won't get sick if you just drink reheated water a few times.
