G train VIP sight-seeing seats

This website says:
A G-train comprises of two VIP sightseeing-areas, a business cabin, first-class passenger cabins, second-class passenger cabins and a dining cabin. The ticket fare is CNY1,750 per sightseeing seat and business seat,

When booking a CNY 1750 ticket, can you ask for seats in the VIP area?

The VIP sightseeing seat and business seat are actully different names for the same seats. so you can get the VIP seats if you pay the price.
