Where can I get it when my items come in my country?

I ordered some stuffs at Aliexpress and chose China Post Mail to deliver them to Viet Nam. When my items come in Viet Nam, where can I get it or will they be delivered to my home? Some items is so important to me and I want to pick it up as soon as possible. Where can it get it?
