About:China Postal Service

Order status not changed yet why?

I order something from China and from 6 may is still " departure from outward office of exchange " Tracking number is RC658698318CN. It seems quite a lot by now that it wasn't delivered to airport yet!

It's possible that the status update has been neglected. Another possibility is that your parcel might be lost. You may contact your sender and see if he can do something, contacting China Post for help, for example.
