About:Tsim Sha Tsui

hi, how do i get to avenue of stars from panda hotel and is it in the same place as maddame tassaud in HK?

Your hotel provides shuttle buses to Tsim Sha Tsui area, right?
If so, you can take the free shuttle buses to the Tsim Sha Tsui area and then walk to the Star of Avenue.

It is not the same place as the Maddame Tassaud. The Maddame Tassaud is on the top of the peak and you need to reach the Peak first.
