About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit FAQ

72 hour visa-freetransit for cruise passengers?

My wife and I are taking a cruise in September this year. The cruise will start in Singapore and ends in Beijing.This will stop in Hongkong, Shanghai and Beijing. Can I use the 72 hour visa -free transit for my 1 day visit in Shanghai and 2 day visit in Beijing?

Sorry, you can't. 72 hours free transit is only available for those who fly into and fly out of China. It's not available for cruise passengers.
