hows the weather in july for taipei

Question

I'm planning to go to that city in  mid July 2014. How's the weather gonna be like? Will it be hot then rainy because this is what happened when I went there last year.

According to the previous records, the average temperature is around 25 to 31C in that month. But currently, it is hard to predict what the exact weather is in this year, because it is so early. Rain and humid is normal in summer time, because the city itself is a moist city.
