Where is the parcel?

Help to understand where my parcel RA274762380CN. Sender says that the parcel in Ukraine and Ukrainian postal service says that the parcel is not received in the country. Thank you!

The latest update shows that it was sent from Guangzhou to Ukraine on May 1. It's been 18 days. I guess it should have arrived in Ukraine. You may wait for another week and see if it arrives.
