Did anyone take a one day trip from Xian to Luoyang to see Longmen Grottes and then to Shaolin?

I was wondering if its possible to do it in one day being accomodated in Xian.Sylwia from Poland

Hi, Sylwia.
If you join a tour group, one day is enough, because they will provide you a private a car, which is much faster.
If you use the local public transportation to travel on your own, time is tight.
